Linked In or Twitter? How to be found

Everyone seems to have Linked In and Twitter nowadays, but is it really worth it? Do you need both to get headhunted or is one all you need? Lets find out.
Twitter is a social network that lets everyone know what you are up to and what is interesting you and so on, so a really keen recruitment agency may be able to find out what type of job you are looking for, and if you are looking through twitter, but that seems a bit unnecessary with Linked In being so popular. Linked In was made so that business people could interact and connect, and so is surely the best way to find that perfect candidate, or job. It also won't look weird on Linked In for your status to say 'I'm looking for a job in Marketing, preferably in Bristol, anyone heard anything?' as its relevant to everyone that person is connected to on Linked In, whereas if that status was tweeted, I am less sure that Beyonce, or David Beckham would be as interested to see that come up on there twitter newsfeed, and I dont think they would know of anyone relevant, or if they did, may not publish it!

Thoughts? Comments?

Let me know,
